Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner

Annual Salary : $130k $180k (varies depending on years of experience)

A pediatric long-term care and rehabilitation facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced advanced practice provider to join a multidisciplinary team caring for children and young adults with complex medical needs. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly supportive, collaborative environment where you ll provide both primary and acute care services to medically fragile patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services for pediatric residents
• Conduct assessments for acute illnesses or changes in medical status
• Prescribe, manage, and monitor medications
• Respond to emergencies and provide urgent care interventions as needed
• Evaluate diagnostic and lab results, documenting treatment plans and next steps
• Coordinate transfers to acute care hospitals, including communication with emergency departments and written consults
