We are seeking a dedicated full-time Night Shift Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our founding team .

Compensation :

Competitive Hourly Rates (DOE) + Shift Differentials $$$

• Weekday Nights :   + $7.00 / hr
• Weekend Nights :   + $9.00 / h r

Your Role as an ER Nurse

Triage and prioritize patient needs with speed, safety, and compassion

Perform thorough assessments and provide vigilant monitoring

Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal care

Administer medications and interpret diagnostics to guide treatment

Educate and support patients and families through every step of care

Accurately document patient encounters in the EMR

Respond decisively to changes in patient condition

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program ( BSN preferred )

2–5 years of Emergency Department or critical care experience

Current Arizona RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS (TNCC preferred)

Exceptional clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Proficiency with EMRs and adaptability to new systems

Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts , including weekends and holidays
