Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Therapy / Rehabilitation - OT Outpatient for their Englewood, OH location.

Responsibilities :

• The Occupational Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist assumes a dynamic leadership role on the interdisciplinary patient care teams.
• This individual identifies patient care needs, develops a plan of care and goals in collaboration with the patient, provides a wide variety of treatment techniques within the scope of practice, provides education and support to patients / families, and facilitates continuing care planning.
• The therapist participates in staff management, cost management, and professional practice activities.
• The therapist is responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department.
