Social Media & Operations Associate (Independent Contractor)
Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with the team on promotions. Organize media files, track performance, and repurpose top content.
What You’ll Do :
Content Creation & Social Media :
- Capture photo / video content in-studio while therapists work (only with signed consents).
- Create short-form videos (Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts), carousels, and stories.
- Write captions, schedule posts, and monitor comments / DMs.
Consent, Privacy, & Brand Standards :
Follow our Media Release & Client Consent policy at all times (no filming without signed consent).Protect client privacy and confidentiality; obtain approvals before posting.Keep all content on-brand, clean, and compliant.Wholesale & Inventory :
Research wholesale product options and vendor pricing.Receive deliveries, restock shelves, and manage inventory in our system.Track low-stock items and prepare simple purchase requests in our system.Front Desk & Client Support :
Help with client booking / check-in and greet clients professionally.Answer calls, texts, and emails; send forms via Google Forms as needed.Keep the waiting area welcoming and bathrooms tidy between cleanings.General Cleanliness :
Wipe counters, put away items after content shoots, and keep gear organized.Support daily upkeep to avoid pests (clean surfaces, manage trash promptly).What You Bring :
Strong content skills : filming, basic lighting / framing, and editing (CapCut, VN, Adobe, or similar).Social platform know-how : IG / TikTok / YouTube basics, posting, scheduling, insights.Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.Detail-oriented, reliable, and discreet around post-op clientele.Comfortable using inventory or POS tools (we’ll train on our system).Able to lift / move up to ~25 lb (inventory boxes / gear).Spa / beauty / medical or hospitality experience is a plus.Background or interest in health, nutrition, and holistic remedies is a plus.Being bilingual is a plus.Marketing know-how is a plus.Schedule :
On-site shifts; some content capture happens during client sessions (with consent).Occasional evenings / weekends for events, campaigns, or priority shoots.How to Apply :

Magic Post Op is a post-operative recovery and wellness studio. We’re looking for a creative, organized multi-tasker who can own our social media / content workflow and support front desk + light operations.
Independent Contractor Role : This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Having an LLC is a plus , but not required to apply.EIN / W-9 required. COI (Certificate of Insurance) is a plus.
