The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority has a full-time position available for a Case Manager Aide to perform basic human support work assisting in providing daily activities and services to clients and their children.
Job Duties :
Position Requirements
General knowledge of issues facing persons that are diagnosed with substance use disorders and / or co-occurring mental health disorders; general knowledge of the needs of infants, toddlers and children with the ability to recognize changes in behavior, emotions and development; ability to provide nurturing and build upon skill-level of children; ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; ability to conduct interviews with clients and children to obtain information; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and associates.
