Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accountancy with 3 years of related work experience in financial analysis, uniform guidance, or general ledger, including journal entries.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

Coordination of the grant accounting transaction cycle, including policy and procedure assurance.

Primary liaison between MERS / Missouri Goodwill and grant providers as well as the responsibility to assist the Grants Accounting Manager with annual Uniform Guidance Audit.

Invoice preparation and processing, including document maintenance and monthly account reconciliation.

Coordinate and verify supporting documentation to insure accurate and timely month end reporting.

Review monthly grant income statements for accuracy and completeness.

Assist with completion of annual budget and year end audit.

Assist in coordination and completion of the annual Uniform Guidance Audit.

Performs other duties as assigned.
