Job description

Overview

Full time direct-hire Injection Molding Supervisor to lead production teams in a GMP / ISO 13485 cleanroom environment. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with a focus on process excellence, safety, and quality compliance

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and mentor molding technicians and operators across shifts.
  • Oversee daily production to meet quality, output, and safety targets.
  • Set up and optimize injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Ensure all documentation meets GMP and FDA standards.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5+ years in injection molding, including 1–2 years in leadership.
  • Experience in medical device or consumables manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of medical-grade polymers, tooling, and molding processes
  • Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA-regulated production
  • Bonus : RJG / Scientific Molding certification , automation or robotics experience, ERP / MES knowledge, or bilingual (English / Spanish).
