Now Hiring : Second Shift Line Leaders

Location : Philadelphia, PA

Pay Rate : $14 / hour

We are currently seekingLine Leaders for the Second Shift. This is a great opportunity for individuals with production or line leadership experience looking to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Training Schedule :

  • Hours : 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM (Day Shift)
  • Training will continue until fully prepared for shift transition

Second Shift Hours :

  • Hours : 4 : 00 PM 12 : 30 AM

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee production lines to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient operation
  • Train and mentor new hires
  • Monitor and track employee attendance
  • Support continuous improvement and team coordination on the production floor

    • Requirements :

  • MUST have previous production line or line leader experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Reliability and attention to detail
