About the Role :

Loop is looking for a frontend-focused Senior Software Engineer. Were seeking a passionate, driven, and collaborative engineer to join our team. As a senior contributor on our frontend platform, youll play a key role in shaping the shopper-facing experience that sits at the heart of Loops product. Youll help establish solid architectural patterns, elevate our technical standards, and partner closely with Staff Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers to bring a scalable frontend to life. Youll have the opportunity to deliver high-quality implementations, influence system design, and accelerate other teams through clear patterns and open collaboration.

Our Tech Stack :

While we use certain core technologies at Loop, the exact tech stack each team uses varies. To give you an idea on what tech we are working with, here are some examples : Vue.js, PHP / Laravel, MySQL, Docker, Node.js, DynamoDB, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, AWS Cloud. For this role, were eager to see experience in any of the following : Vue.js, React, Angular, Ember, etc.

What youll do :

• Work closely with the front-end architect on defining all things front-end at Loop!
• Contribute to developing and maintaining the design system, working with the front-end architect to ensure consistency and helping drive adoption across the team.
• Take on challenging frontend performance issues, assisting in diagnosing bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Provide hands?on technical contributions, diving into the codebase to solve complex problems and deliver critical features with high quality.
• Help improve frontend development processes and tooling, stay up to date with industry trends, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
