Eternal Jewelry is a high-end jewelry brand specializing in fine diamond pieces, luxury custom designs, and rare statement jewelry. From timeless engagement rings to bold, one-of-a-kind creations, our mission is to be the most trusted luxury jewelry brand worldwide.

We’re looking for a part-time / freelance Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to scale our online presence. This is a hands-on role focused on driving growth through Shopify, digital ads, and customer conversion.

⚠️ Requirement : You must have direct experience in jewelry e-commerce (fine jewelry, bridal, luxury accessories, or similar). Applications without this experience will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

E-Commerce & Shopify Management

  • Maintain and optimize the Shopify store for speed, usability, and conversion.
  • Upload / manage jewelry products, descriptions, images, pricing, and collections.
  • Implement features that improve the luxury jewelry customer journey (ring size guides, high-res galleries, appointment booking, financing options, etc.).
  • Ensure the site is optimized for SEO, mobile performance, and smooth checkout.

Digital Marketing & Ads

  • Plan and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels.
  • Create landing pages and promotional campaigns tailored to luxury jewelry buyers.
  • Monitor performance, adjusting targeting and creative to maximize ROI.
  • Lead Capture & CRM

  • Optimize inquiry forms, appointment flows, and quote requests.
  • Track and segment leads, and set up nurturing / retargeting campaigns.
  • Work with CRM tools to keep prospects engaged until purchase.
  • Analytics & Optimization

  • Track KPIs across site, ads, and social.
  • Use A / B testing to refine messaging and improve conversions.
  • Report results and recommend clear next steps for growth.
  • What You Bring

  • 4–6+ years in e-commerce & digital marketing with proven jewelry or luxury retail experience .
  • Strong Shopify skills (themes, customizations, app integrations, SEO).
  • Experience running and scaling paid ad campaigns for high-ticket / luxury products.
  • Understanding of jewelry e-commerce needs (collections, diamond / metal options, financing, ring sizing, custom requests).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and retargeting.
  • Bonus : Experience with Klaviyo or other luxury CRM / marketing automation tools.
