Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive medical care to elderly patients with various health conditionsManage and oversee the treatment plans for patients in subacute rehab and long-term care settingsDiagnose and treat acute and chronic diseases prevalent in geriatric patientsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomesUtilize the PointClickCare EMR system for documentation and management of patient recordsAdditional Information
Required Board Certifications : Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Internal MedicineAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications requiredMust meet credentialing requirements, including a proficient reference from the most recent supervisory positionNo gaps exceeding 6 months on CV without a valid explanationBenefits
