Senior Paralegal

Corporate Resources, Inc. (Team CRI) is actively seeking a proficient and dedicated Senior Paralegal to join our Government & Civil Service sector within the Legal & Regulatory Compliance department. This critical role involves supporting our legal teams by providing exceptional research, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Conduct legal research and analyze laws, regulations, and precedents applicable to government contracts and litigation. Prepare and manage a variety of legal documents such as contracts, declarations, legal responses, and official agreements with oversight from attorneys. Facilitate and maintain comprehensive databases and filing systems for all legal and regulatory documentation. Assist in preparing for, organizing, and attending court or regulatory administrative hearings. Assume pivotal responsibility in managing and prioritizing the workload of multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining strict deadlines. Coordinate with internal departments and external entities to ensure compliance and smooth operations within the legal framework. Provide training and supervision for junior paralegals and other clerical staff within the department. Strong knowledge of legal statutes and regulations relevant to government operations. Excellent ability to synthesize, research, and manage large amounts of data. Proficient in legal management software and applications such as LexisNexis and Westlaw. Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions quickly. Capable of multitasking and maintaining attention to detail in complex legal contexts.
