Bilingual Forklift Driver / Material Handler

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment to efficiently move, locate, and transport products within the warehouse. This role is essential for maintaining an organized and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Responsibilities
• Operate forklifts, including cherry pickers and clamp trucks, to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
• Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring that all products are handled safely and correctly.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and adherence to OSHA safety standards.
• Execute heavy lifting tasks as required, moving loads up to 50 pounds or more.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Skills
• Proven experience in operating forklifts, including order pickers and cherry pickers.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations regarding forklift operation and workplace safety.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order picking and inventory management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
