Your goal will be to ensure that the site manufacturing & support activities, without interruption, without any facilities shortages and/or any issues thereof. You will achieve 100%compliance to Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environmentmanagement systems andstandards.You are responsible for the management and maintenance of site facilities, buildings and equipment(s)(hardware & software).

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Works cross functionally to develop and implement a strategic Facilities road-map and annual operating plan which is a competitive advantage toMondelēz. Partner with internal & external stakeholders and service providers to define and meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability,Engagement goals. Establish a strong governance to review & control Operational performance and continuous Improvement plan to deliver against bestin class both internally and externally.
  • Lead and be accountable that Building Maintenance program, Facilities maintenance program capabilities, including maintenance repairs & overall operations are in place. Accountable to insure adherence to business continuity plan, manufacturing standards government regulations are understood by all employees/services providers at the site, regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.
  • Provide leadership, coaching to Facilities team towards implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working:delivering zerobreakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams; PM (Progressive Maintenance)Pillar, and CBM (condition based monitoring), Visual controls & tools Mgmt., Lubrication mgmt. & Calibration of equipment(s) etc.
  • Role model Values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring and builds skills capability across the Plant technical/engineering team to engagewith latest modern practices. Have a clear people succession and resource plan, for the asset & technology population , identifying and implementing criticallevers to attract, retain and develop critical talent
  • Interface with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives, and goals.

  • Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma toolsand concepts, Safety & GMP standards
  • An Engineer with a strong financial & business acumen, project management skills and Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment,PM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise, Spare parts management, SAP PM module end user knowledge, Technology & Engineering automation basics.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problemsolving and team building

What you need to know about this position:

  • Equipment Maintenance and Reliability: A fundamental aspect of the role is ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of equipment and machinery within a facility. This involves developing and implementing maintenance strategies, conducting reliability analyses, and optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Reliability engineer should be adept at conducting root cause analyses to identify the underlying factors contributing to equipment failures or performance issues. By determining the root causes, they can implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve overall reliability.
  • Predictive Maintenance Technologies: Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies, such as vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasonic testing, is essential. These technologies enable proactive monitoring of equipment health, allowing for timely intervention and maintenance activities before failures occur.
  • Data Analysis and Decision-Making: Reliability engineer rely on data-driven decision-making to prioritize maintenance tasks, optimize resource allocation, and improve equipment reliability. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is critical for interpreting maintenance data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement Culture: Successful maintenance reliability programs embrace a culture of continuous improvement, where employees are encouraged to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation. Reliability engineer plays a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, fostering collaboration, and implementing best practices to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Reliability engineer must ensure that maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in safety-critical environments. They should stay updated on relevant regulations and safety protocols to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment for personnel.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaboration with other departments, such as operations, engineering, quality assurance, and procurement, is essential for success in this role. Reliability engineer should effectively communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to address reliability issues, implement maintenance strategies, and support organizational goals.
  • Training and Development: Investing in ongoing training and development is crucial to keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in maintenance reliability engineering. Reliability engineer should actively seek opportunities for professional development, such as attending training programs, conferences, and obtaining relevant certifications.
  • Performance Metrics and KPIs: Reliability engineer is responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and overall asset performance. Establishing meaningful metrics and performance benchmarks helps track progress, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate the impact of maintenance reliability initiatives.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Candidates should have a strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, including reliability analysis, failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), root cause analysis (RCA), and predictive maintenance techniques.
  • Proficiency with maintenance management software, computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), and reliability software tools as a plus.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering).
  • Require as minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, or a related field.
  • SAP PM module experience as a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Salary and benefits:

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $73,900 to $101,650; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelēz International Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
