Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Demo Solutions Specialists and Digital Solution Consultants
Define a holistic demo strategy aligned with go-to-market priorities and product launches
Establish and monitor metrics for content adoption, engagement, and ROI to drive improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Presales, solution consulting, or technical sales support within enterprise software
2+ years of experience in a team leadership or management role
Proven ability to establish workflows and scalable processes in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience in designing and building demo environments or technical engagement programs
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
