Kimco Staffing is hiring for a Building Engineer in Azusa!

Hours : 10am - 6 : 30pm

Pay : $65,000 - $85,000

Days : Monday-Friday with weekends as needed

Location : Azusa, CA

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees all logs related to facility, environmental services, and security operations.
• Ensures that all facilities and equipment operate within design capabilities and achieve proper environmental conditions as required by applicable regulations.
• Responds promptly to fire alarms, floods, and disaster codes.
• Performs and documents all assigned work orders and preventive maintenance actions.
• Responds to work orders as assigned, completing all requests and ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and secure environment for staff, visitors, and others entering the facilities, following established procedures and safety regulations.
• Assists in developing operating instructions and procedures for equipment and systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
