Job descriptionEnsure associates are working in a safe manner and they understand Plastipak's commitment to safety Accountable for disciplinary action as well as retention Responsible for maintaining a high level of motivation Responsible for timely completion of performance evaluations Accountable for driving safety, quality, reliability and scrap priorities High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. As the Production Supervisor, you are responsible for operational performance excellence of your shift. You ensure policies & procedures are upheld in our safety-first & quality-oriented culture.
