Summary
The Emergency Preparedness Manager is accountable for the organization's overall planning, organization, direction, coordination and evaluation of emergency preparedness activities and readiness. Responsibilities include but not limited to; financial management, quality improvement, staff education /development, program development, and communication. The incumbent will assure that RRHS maintain a state of preparedness for all emergencies that would impact operations and the organization's ability for RRHS to effectively and efficiently meet organizational goals and responsibilities to the communities and populations served. This individual is responsible to assure RRHS' compliance with all emergency preparedness regulatory requirements outlined by state and federal agencies and to serve as the organization's primary liaison with all organizations and agencies regarding actual emergency events, and emergency preparedness planning and exercises.
