Position Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Excel professional to support a high-volume billing initiative. This role involves working with large datasets, performing advanced lookups, and building dynamic reports to ensure billing accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Use VLOOKUP , XLOOKUP , and Pivot Tables to reconcile and analyze billing data.
- Collaborate with operations and billing teams to streamline data workflows.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing records.
- Maintain and improve Excel-based tools for tracking and reporting.
- Assist in automating repetitive tasks and improving spreadsheet performance.
- Document processes and provide support to team members as needed.
Qualifications :
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data validation techniques.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Experience working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and documentation skills.
