Job description

We’re looking for a Retail Marketing and Sales Associate who can represent our brand with positivity and enthusiasm! If you enjoy creating awesome customer experiences, connecting with people, and being part of a fun and driven team—this could be your next big move.

This is a full-time, in-person role that requires open availability to make the most of every sales opportunity. You’ll play a key role in promoting our products, engaging with customers, and helping us grow through hands-on marketing and sales strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs.
  • Recommend the right products while delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Help drive sales and reach goals using effective sales strategies.
  • Build great relationships with customers to encourage return visits and referrals.
  • Use sales tools and tech to manage interactions and track progress.
  • Work closely with your teammates to hit team goals and keep the vibe positive.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Sales experience is a plus, but not a must—we’ll train you!
  • Friendly, confident, and great at talking with people.
  • You’re motivated, goal-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Available to work full-time, including evenings and weekends.
