Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will be essential in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and managing all functions within the SATU unit during your shift. Collaborating closely with the management team, you will guide, monitor, and evaluate nursing care per established policies and procedures. Your leadership will provide staff resources and exemplify a commitment to our organization's mission and values, aiming for unparalleled patient experiences and outstanding clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate efficient admission and discharge processes to enhance patient-centered care.
• Engage in continuous assessment of care quality provided in the unit, alongside fellow management members.
• Work with subject matter experts and other managers to foster teamwork, promoting better outcomes and services.
• Cultivate a patient-first culture and effectively address service recovery when needed.
• Help implement nursing strategies that enhance staff engagement and improve patient outcomes.
• Contribute to the hiring, selection, and training of new staff, ensuring adherence to personnel policies and performance evaluations.
• Assist in staff scheduling while managing labor needs according to patient care demands and set productivity standards.
• Support inventory control and assist in managing supplies and equipment effectively.
