Job description : Wise Medical Staffing is currently seeking 2 CNAs for contract work.

CONTRACT DETAILS : Terra Alta, WV

  • 3 month contract
  • start date will be 6 / 9 / 2025
  • 12-hour shifts, overtime if needed
  • CNA’s must have at least one year of experience

Requirements :

  • Application / Resume
  • Background check and fingerprinting (WV Cares determination letters and final registry results)
  • 10 panel Drug Screening / Alcohol Screen
  • WV Acknowledgement Form
  • OIG Exclusions Database Search
  • APS / CPS Form
  • Recent Vaccinations-within a 2 year time frame (Flu, 2 PPDs, MMR, Varicella, HEP B series or titer, Tdap-must have proof of all)
  • Covid Vaccine or Exemption (When received, the exemption will be submitted
  • CPR (American Heart Association-BLS Only)
  • Physical / Physician Statement
