Job description

Job Description :

  • Connect and communicate with customer, complete requirement analysis based on customer needs and input information, output technical proposals and solutions, guide customer’s requirement. Introduce the product, clarify the technical questions, bid the project, etc.;
  • Responsible for introducing new products into the market and promoting them, perfecting product technical proposals, product slides, product brochures, performance indicators and parameters, etc. to make the product materials standardization and serialization;
  • Introduce the product into the customer, participate in project approval and provide relevant technical materials for project approval;
  • Complete the preparation of relevant technical documents and standards, accumulate technical experience, and improve technical capabilities;
  • Regularly conduct customer visits and in-depth communication on customer requirements, collect and summarize feedback internally and follow up on solutions;
  • Obey the management and arrangements of department leader, and be responsible for all work within the scope of responsibility.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in science and engineering is preferred, such as electrical engineering, energy engineering, electrical system and automation, etc. Familiar with energy storage technology and related knowledge, and experience in the design of inverter, ESS, electrical system are preferred;
  • At least 2 years of technical support and project shipment experience for related products (such as photovoltaic, wind, energy storage, EMS, PCS, BMS, energy storage thermal management system, high and low voltage electrical equipment, microgrid, etc.); Experience in technical support for overseas utility storage projects or overseas product delivery is preferred;
  • English can be used as the working language, have fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to carry out international technical communication and cooperation;
  • Excellent learning ability and be able to keep track of the latest developments in energy storage technology;
  • Strong logical thinking ability, judgment ability, and summarization ability;
  • Proficient in office software and CAD, etc.;
  • Strong team spirit and be able to work closely with team members to complete projects together;
  • Acceptable overseas (out of China) business travel, with priority given to those who have study or work experience in markets such as the United States, Canada, Brazil, and Chile.
