Primary City / State : Phoenix, ArizonaDepartment Name : Marketing-Ref LabWork Shift : DayJob Category : Marketing and CommunicationsPOSITION SUMMARYSupports SQL Sales & Marketing for specific assigned product offerings that could be defined around patient group / call point / clinical area (commercial, hospital, managed care) guiding the success of assigned product offerings for profitable growth. Leads and works with cross-functional teams that are responsible for attaining organizational product objectives. Cross- functionally partners with SQL marketing and support team, Operations, IT, Billing and Finance Leaders, SQL Sales Management Team, and Senior Leadership Team to launch product successfully. Liaisons closely with Quest Diagnostics franchise and other laboratory partners to develop and implement strategies for mutual product sales growth.Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. CORE FUNCTIONS1. Establishes quantifiable goals with clearly defined metrics to measure product success. Maintains dashboard of performance metrics that are meaningful to the health of the product portfolio, and sales pipeline for focus tests and business growth. 2. Collaborates and mentors SQL's internal and external sales representatives to increase clinical knowledge and awareness to drive utilization and testing volume by product segment impacting revenue growth and margins. 3. Develops and maintains relationships with Quest Diagnostic counterparts aligned with core product portfolio focus. Communicates to SQL Sales & Marketing in a timely manner any changes impacting existing test lines, product improvements, and additions or any new test or product initiatives impacting the product accountability under the High Impact Testing Services portfolio. 4. Conducts regular clinical training related to esoteric product testing and provides technical expertise on esoteric testing in collaboration with sales and management team. 5. Participates in the development of the company's sales strategy for esoteric testing / services and leads the implementation of that strategy through the efforts of the sales team. Coaches, serves as a subject matter expert, and supports sales personnel in maintaining and capturing additional profitable esoteric testing sales for target accounts. 6. Partners closely with laboratory vendor representatives to align sales strategy and objectives to meet the common sales purposes for both organizations. PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENT FACTORSTravels to client offices, use of Integrity Selling, and creativity.
