Restaurant Manager – Augusta, GA

Base Salary : $65,000–$75,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Augusta, GA. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to drive results while building a strong team culture, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do :

Oversee daily operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant in Augusta

Lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and P&L performance

Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence

Work closely with senior leadership to meet and exceed location goals
