Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 4.5 to 12 years of experience in the cards domain, located in Chennai.

Roles and Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
• Analyze complex business problems and create innovative solutions using BIAN principles.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates.
• Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices.
• Experience working in the cards domain with knowledge of cycling and billing processes.
• Familiarity with API/Microservices is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to rotational shifts, 5 days WFO.
