Level 1 Training Lead – ABA Therapy

Location : Bloomington, MN

Job Type : Full-time or Part-time (20–40 hours / week)

Pay : From $24 / hour (based on experience and credentials)

Position Overview

The Level 1 Training Lead supports the onboarding, training, and development of new Behavior Therapists (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role models best practices, ensures treatment fidelity, and promotes excellence across all clinical and professional areas under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training and competency checks for new BTs and RBTs.
• Conduct observations, feedback sessions, and skill demonstrations.
• Model ABA strategies and behavior-management techniques in real time.
• Support new staff in documentation, ethics, and EIDBI compliance.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the leadership team to improve training systems.
• Maintain training records and communicate trainee progress to supervisors.
• Promote safety, professionalism, and teamwork in all clinical settings.
