Position Summary

Deliver an exceptional client experience through responsive verbal and written communication. Operate with the primary goal to book consultations by handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and chat with prospective and existing clients. Has the strong ability to multi-task all channels of communication for leads and clients for over 400 clinics across the country. Uphold operational standards to ensure accuracy, productivity, and a customer-centric experience.

Compensation

$20.00 / hour + shift differential ($1.50 / hour for bilingual) Location : Omaha, Nebraska Status : Full-time, Non-Exempt Schedule : Hours range from 7 : 00am-10 : 30pm, 1-2 evening shifts per week, must be available 2 weekends per month

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

  • Client Engagement & Lead Conversion : Make outbound and receive inbound calls, texts, chats, and emails to book consultations. Deliver exceptional service using empathy, personal connection, and clear communication. Prioritize lead responsiveness and manage client needs effectively before ending interactions to ensure excellent service and booked consults. Maintain strong relationships with clinic teams and internal departments.
  • Operational Excellence : Follow Dynamic Scripting and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality interactions. Respond promptly to all phone, text, email, and chat inquiries. Communicate effectively with clinic teams regarding sales, client updates, and scheduling needs. Schedule appointments for all clinic locations and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Performance & Productivity : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and task expectations. Balance speed and quality while managing a high volume of leads and tasks. Prioritize workload to ensure timely lead conversion.
  • Growth & Innovation : Embrace new initiatives and business tests with a positive attitude. Collaborate with leadership to implement division and organizational pilots. Provide feedback on trends, client concerns, and process enhancements to support continuous improvement.
  • Professional Development : Seek feedback and apply coaching from peers and leaders. Analyze performance data and participate in one-on-one meetings to review successes and growth areas. Foster teamwork and professional growth through active participation in development opportunities.
  • Other Duties : Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives

To Be Considered For This Opportunity, Candidates Must Meet All The Following Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-focused business required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in driving phone sales, booking appointments, or meeting KPIs required
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively required
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information required
  • Passion for the aesthetics industry required
  • Ability to type at least 60 words per minute required
