Radiologic Technologist (Concord)

Job description :

Pride Health is hiring for a Radiology Technologist to support our clients medical facility based in Concord, NC . This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Summary / Duties

Performs radiographic examinations with minimal supervision under the direction of a Radiologist. Coordinates daily activities, including performing exams and handling related clerical duties.

Essential Functions :

• Performs and assists with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures
• Documents patient history relevant to each procedure
• Confirms patient identity through verbal confirmation and ID validation
• Prepares and administers contrast media as needed
• Consults with radiologists and physicians
• Selects and operates imaging equipment based on the needs of each procedure
• Demonstrates proper anatomical positioning skills
• Maintains required documentation and records per departmental standards
