Overview
The Microsoft Global Workplace Services (GWS) team provides real estate transaction prowess, portfolio strategy and planning, capital investment management, workplace strategy and facility operations for Microsoft’s corporate office portfolio globally. The Portfolio Strategy and Planning team in GWS is seeking an experienced portfolio be responsible for strategically planning, analyzing and optimizing the portfolio of assigned business groups in the Puget Sound, Microsoft’s Headquarters.
As a Senior Portfolio Manager, Real Estate within Microsoft’s Global Workplace Services (GWS) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our corporate real estate portfolio. You will partner with internal business groups to understand their business objectives and needs to deliver innovative, data-driven space solutions, while balancing the alignment with Microsoft’s real estate strategic goals to drive operational excellence and elevate the employee experience.

Qualifications
Real Estate Portfolio Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
