Swiderski Equipment,one of Wisconsins premier and long- establishedagriculture and constructionequipment dealerships, isseeking a full-time Parts and Warranty Coordinator to join our Precision Solutions Team. We are interested in enthusiastic, self-driven individuals. The Parts and Warranty Coordinator is an essential part of our team as theyare responsible for finding knowledgeable solutions to both internal and external customers needs as well as submitting warranty claims.This position works closely with all service and parts department team members, as well as maintaining positive professional relationships with manufacturer reps.

What Youll Do :

• Deliver prompt, knowledgeable customer service in-person and over the phone
• Sell, order, receive, ship, store, and invoice parts for both internal and external customers.
• Maintain organized inventory with accurate tracking, regular physical counts, and stock control.
• Use computerized inventory systems, parts libraries, and diagrams for efficient parts control.
• Complete warranty paperwork and submitted materials on-time and in accordance with manufacturer protocols for warranty claims
• Collaborate with service technicians and parts specialists to complete and submit warranty claims
• Develop a successful relationship with manufacturer service reps
