The Role
As a Workplace Financial Advisor, you will collaborate directly with plan sponsor contacts, client HR representatives, and internal Fidelity partners. As part of Fidelity's Workplace Education Planning & Advice organization, your objective is to enhance participant engagement and foster plan sponsor advocacy within our local workplace communities. Employers that partner with Fidelity for their 401k, 403b, Equity Compensation, and various benefits plans often seek assistance in boosting engagement in these essential programs. You will be responsible for ongoing engagement planning with your plan sponsors and act as a vital link between internal teams, including our local branch partners.
Moreover, you will offer financial planning and investment advice to participants through face-to-face one-on-one meetings, workshops, help desk sessions, benefits fairs, and lunch and learns. Your aim is to empower participants to make informed decisions regarding their personal finances while prioritizing the customer experience. Topics may encompass estate planning, equity compensation, stock plans, tax-efficient investing, and more. Content will be delivered via Zoom or onsite at the plan sponsor's designated location. Travel could be up to 75%.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $121,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is just one component of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
