About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Multi-Brand Merchandising, an executive leadership role that is pivotal in driving the strategic vision, execution, and performance of merchandising across its diverse brand portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a unified, long-term merchandising strategy that supports revenue growth, margin improvement, brand differentiation, and innovation. This role demands a visionary leader with a deep expertise in merchandising, a passion for innovation and growth, and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams to deliver consumer-centric assortments and optimize product lifecycle management. Key accountabilities for the SVP include brand portfolio management, team leadership and development, assortment planning and optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and financial accountability. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, at least 10 years of merchandising leadership experience, and a minimum of 5 years at the Director / VP level in a high-growth brand environment. They must be results-driven, with a consumer-obsessed mindset, and possess strong market intelligence and competitive analysis acumen. The role requires an individual with a deep understanding of the retail landscape, including DTC, wholesale, and e-commerce, who is a strong communicator, expert collaborator, and has the executive presence and influencing capabilities necessary to champion innovation and brand stewardship.
