Job description

Join our creative team of talented designers and writers, where your passion for design will shine! As a Visual Designer, you will :

  • Create stunning visual assets for various projects, showcasing your creativity, ingenuity, and passion across mediums like print, packaging, and digital.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow designers, writers, producers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality assets on time, whether it's a new menu for our café, an online material, or packaging for our exciting new products and coffees.
  • Engage in projects of all sizes, from small, daily design updates to larger, more comprehensive tasks supporting our cafés.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, assisting the Senior Designer and Art Director in moving projects from concept to completion.
  • Execute designs that are sustainable and adhere to budget considerations.

  • Skilled at managing multiple projects of diverse complexity and scope simultaneously.

    • Your qualifications include :

  • 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer, whether in-house or at an agency.
  • A degree in a design discipline (graphic design, UI / UX, or a related field).
  • Proficiency in design software like InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • An exceptional eye for color and typography.
  • A genuine love for great coffee, delicious food, and outstanding guest experiences.
