Accounting Coordinator - Dollywood Theme Park - Part Time Year Round

This candidate will provide general clerical services and support to the Finance Team in a professional and competent manner using established policies, procedures, and expectations.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated, and accountable.
Summary of Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for accounts payable vendor set-up confirmations
- Sorts and distributes daily mail for all properties
- Scans contracts into storage software
- Daily scanning of upgraded tickets
- Assists Sales Audit staff with filing, shred purges, collecting workpapers from properties, data entry, etc.
- Prepares and inputs purchase orders for division
- Orders and maintains office supplies
- Assists Senior Accountant with retail, critical parts and asset inventory
- Manages confidential company documents, including retainage and destruction
- Responsible for reviews of COIs for vendors and uploads into SharePoint
- Responsible for Authorized Signature Forms for properties and uploads into Paperwise
- Maintains MSDS sheets, PEF forms and office supplies
- Projects based duties for Accounting Management Team
- Excellent understanding of internal controls as specified in Company Procedures
- Other tasks as required
Educational and Experience Requirements
