Day-to-Day Duties of the Customer Service Team Member
Deliver responsive support through channels, addressing inquiries about Verizon’s 5G wireless and internet services with clarity and precision.
Resolve service challenges proactively, including billing discrepancies, device setup, and connectivity issues, using Verizon’s advanced support systems.
