Job Title : Medical Technician Laboratory (Travel Assignment)

Location : Ellsworth, ME

Duration : 3 - 4 Months+ (Possibility of Extension / Temp to Hire)

Shift : 07 : 00 AM - 19 : 30 PM – Mon - Fri rotational weekends. 36 hours weekly.

Job Description :

Perform routine lab tests under the supervision of Medical Technologists and Laboratory Supervisors. You’ll be responsible for setting up automated test procedures, performing manual testing, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Duties :

• Perform specimen handling, processing, and testing.
• Analyze samples using approved procedures and release results.
• Maintain accurate test records and follow CLIA, HIPAA, and safety guidelines.
• Document quality control activities and maintenance.
• Report critical test results to clients as per lab procedures.
• Follow established policies for safety, reagents, and new procedure training.
