What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor throughout.

Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, including both interior and exterior locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.

Monitor site conditions and report any security-related concerns or incidents to the appropriate contacts as per established protocols.

Assist with access control by verifying identification and / or credentials of individuals entering the premises as required by site procedures.

Maintain detailed and accurate activity logs and / or incident reports in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Offer assistance and direction to visitors and employees, providing information about site procedures and responding to inquiries as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
