Job descriptionCompany Service Vehicle Company Uniform and PPE Company iPhone and iPad Tool Allowance Performance Based Bonus at 1st and 2nd Anniversary Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities Consult with and advise customers on compressed air equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs Document work performed using designated forms and submit reports to appropriate business units in a timely manner Coordinate with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, Parts and Sales Departments to facilitate service to customers Other tasks as needed or assigned High School Diploma or equivalent Driver's License with clean Motor Vehicle Record 2+ years' industrial equipment maintenance experience Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management skills Effective written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal / customer service skills Ability to take initiative and work independently Keen attention to detail 1+ years' compressed air system maintenance and troubleshooting experience 1+ years' refrigeration equipment maintenance experience EPA Section 608 Technician (Universal Refrigerant) Certification ASSE 6040 (Medical Gas Maintenance Personnel) Certification

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 am - 4 : 30 pm
Office Location : Lithonia, GA
Position Territory : Southeast Georgia

Field Service Technicians are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through installing, repairing, and performing routine maintenance on compressed air equipment.
