Psychiatrist – Adult Inpatient Program | Farmington, MO

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to support an adult inpatient psychiatric program in Farmington, Missouri . This is a 1099 contract role offering strong compensation, a predictable weekday schedule, and a well-structured clinical environment.

Position Highlights

• Compensation : $380,000–$450,000 annually
• Contract Length : 90 days with potential extensions
• Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 a.m. / 8 : 00 a.m. / 8 : 30 a.m. start times
• Emergency Call : Not required
• Caseload : ~40 adult patients across 2 wards
• Licensure : Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Missouri medical license

Clinical Scope :

Daily rounding is not required unless a patient is on special precautions.
