The Business Development Representative (BDR) will own pipeline generation and new business development across the Arizona market. This role is focused on uncovering opportunities with both residential homeowners and commercial accounts such as pool builders, hotels, resorts, universities, and other organizations. With a high-commission structure and uncapped earnings potential, this role is ideal for someone with the hunger and drive to win new business and grow their career in sales.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute outreach strategies to grow sales within the Arizona territory (residential and commercial).

2. Prospect and qualify opportunities with pool builders, hotels, resorts, universities, and homeowners.

3. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, social platforms, and networking.

4. Schedule appointments and demos for Account Executives to advance opportunities.

5. Consistently meet and exceed pipeline and revenue generation goals.

6. Accurately manage pipeline activity and customer data in CRM (HubSpot).

7. Represent the brand with professionalism and embody Ledge’s values in all client interactions.

Requirements :

  • Previous sales or business development experience strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-activity sales environments.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Familiarity with the Arizona market and customer base (residential + commercial) a plus.

Compensation $ Benefits :

  • 100% Commission : 5%–11% of sales, tiered by goal attainment milestones (paid monthly)
