Klamath Falls, OR

Are you a passionate Physical Therapist seeking new opportunities in Klamath Falls, OR? within a primary care setting? We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to work onsite in a primary care setting with Medicaid and Medicare population.

What we Offer :

  • Sign On Bonus : $10k , Relocation assistance provided
  • Competitive Pay : Starts at $130k to $150k and goes up depending on experience
  • Full Benefits Package - Medical, dental, vision, disability & life insurance. 401(k).
  • Paid Time Off
  • Schedule : 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

What you will Do :

  • Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with each patient.
  • Appropriately code procedures and physical therapy diagnoses.
  • Document all patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes accurately in the medical record.
  • Develop proficiency in E-ClinicalWorks EMR software, seeking assistance from staff or support as needed.
  • Safely operate therapeutic equipment including exercise machines, modality devices, and manual therapy tools; seek guidance as needed to ensure proper use.
  • Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, exercises, and ongoing care needs.

    • Requirements :

  • Current, valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Oregon, or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Working knowledge of legal, administrative, and clinical practices relevant to FQHC settings.
