Job description$105,000 - $142,000 based on experience Up to 10% salary increase for Spanish Bilingual Annual bonuses up to $20,000 Comprehensive medical and dental coverage Competitive earned time policy that allows for maximum flexibility Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Employer-paid short and long-term disability coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Professional development and career advancement opportunities Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Generous PTO plan Loan forgiveness plans available Perform holistic, evidence-based medical care services for health center patients Evaluate, treat, and care for patients, write prescriptions, provide preventive health care advice and management Participate in student and / or other clinical discipline training activities at the health center Participate in the co-management of a panel with other PAs or NPs Paid 24-hour on-call medical coverage for one week, once a quarter Saturday shifts only on your on-call week Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Primary Care Fluency in Spanish and / or Portuguese is a plus Unique 4-day work week (8 hours) with 1 full day of admin time that can be remote Bolster your CV with a diverse range of experiences, demonstrating adaptability, versatility, and a commitment to excellence.
