New Home Sales Manager

Seeking a New Home Sales Manager for a direct hire opportunity with our client in San Bruno, California.

This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, 401K, and cell phone reimbursement!  Salary / draw is $150,000 per year  The New Home Sales Manager is a pivotal role within residential real estate development, responsible for overseeing the entire sales process for new homes in an assigned development in Northern California.

This individual will collaborate with a team of professionals, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and ensure exceptional customer experiences from first inquiry through to the closing of the home.

Operating in a dynamic, highly-competitive market, the ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of local housing trends, impeccable communication skills, and a passion for delivering dream homes to clients.

Responsibilities :

• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that encourages professional growth and consistently achieves sales targets.
• Collaborate with VP Sales to execute, and refine sales plans in the assigned community, ensuring that company objectives are met.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to adjust strategies as needed for maximum effectiveness.
• Oversee the client journey from initial contact through contract and closing, ensuring an exceptional level of service, timely communication, and seamless collaboration with the construction and customer care teams.
• Provide regular reports to senior management regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities.
