A company is looking for an Eligibility Worker (Call Center).
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support for various Economic Assistance programs
Assess client needs and provide information and referrals to agency or community resources
Determine eligibility and authorize benefits, conducting interviews and analyzing verifications
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Eligibility Worker I : One year of relevant work experience or completion of a two-year associate degree program
Eligibility Worker Technician : One-year certificate program or 90 semester hours of a bachelor's degree
High school diploma or GED with three years of relevant work experience in related fields
Three years of a combination of education and experience as listed above
Successful completion of FBI criminal history record check and fingerprinting
