Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Level 4 Data Center Technician to join our IT team. This role involves advanced break-fix support for GPUs, servers, networking, and cabling, as well as ITSM ticket management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in deploying fully populated GPU or network racks and managing complex data center operations, including rack movement, baying, leveling, grounding, hot-air containment, and cable tray installation. Strong knowledge of Ethernet cabling technologies (copper, fiber SM / MM / MPO), routing, dressing, and connectors is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tasks across Levels 1–3 as needed, including :

Install, move, and cable servers and switches per wire maps.

Deploy and configure GPUs in servers.

Core Skills

Data center operations, deployment, fiber optics, cabling, rack and stack, troubleshooting, Cat6 / Cat5, GPU configuration.

This is a Contract position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $42.00 / hr.
