We are looking for a Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain Management Specialist. This position will be based in Buffalo Grove, IL (Hybrid office schedule).

You'll make an impact by :

• Strategic Commodity Management : Define and implement commodity strategies based on market analysis, demand, and supplier performance to ensure cost-efficient and secure supply.
• Manage supplier relationships across a variety of commodity sets to support project and business objectives.
• Perform benchmarking and market analysis for prospective suppliers.
• Support sourcing for new projects and initiatives, driving year-over-year cost reductions.
• Contribute to Design-to-Cost and Design for Manufacturability projects.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure delivery, reliability, and quality targets are met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and quality teams to improve data integrity.
• Assist in preparing and analyzing reports for strategic procurement decision-making.
