About the job :

This role partners closely with Sales, Logistics, Inventory, Treasury, and Accounting teams while maintaining direct communication with customers' Accounts Payable teams. You'll resolve billing, payment, and credit-related issues, proactively identify risks, and implement process improvements within the order-to-cash cycle.

We're looking for someone who :

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Has 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Financial Analysis
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Communicates effectively and collaborates with both internal teams and external customers
  • Is proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel
  • (Preferred) Has experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industries
  • (Preferred) Is familiar with trade credit insurance

What you'll do :

  • Apply cash accurately and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection
  • Reconcile, research, and resolve credit or billing discrepancies
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries or irregularities
  • Review sales forecasts and payment histories to determine appropriate credit limits
  • Review and approve credit memos and RMA requests
  • Analyze customer financial statements quarterly
  • Monitor exposure and manage credit insurance as needed
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports (e.g., cash forecasts, aging)
  • Collaborate with Logistics and Sales teams to resolve shipment or billing disputes
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve AR and credit processes
  • Participate in internal control reviews and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Perform other duties and projects as needed
