Key Responsibilities

Pre-register and schedule patient appointments, ensuring courteous service

Direct calls to appropriate areas for services not provided in Patient Access Scheduling

Act as the first point of contact, assisting patients in navigating the system with empathy

Required Qualifications

2 years in a direct customer-facing sales or service setting

Associate of Arts degree or completion of a medical terminology program (preferred)

2 years of experience in a medical setting (preferred)
