Job descriptionPay Range : $37.50 - $56.25 per hour based on qualifications and experience. Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift. Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000. Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200 for continuing education. RN Referral Bonus : $5,000 for current Advocate Aurora teammates. Deliver evidence-based comprehensive patient care throughout the entire nursing process. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe and compassionate care. Utilize critical thinking and effective communication to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Participate actively in team activities, fostering a culture of support, teamwork, and continuous learning. A supportive team culture with opportunities for professional development. Exposure to innovative neurosurgical techniques and advanced patient care practices. A welcoming environment for new graduate RNs. Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Completion of an accredited nursing program. At least one year of clinical nursing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Must be able to lift and carry patients and equipment as needed. Ability to perform frequent physical movements and tackle various patient care tasks.
Join Our Neurosurgery Team! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neurosurgery department. In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing neurosurgical procedures and manage a variety of complex cases.
Job Details :
- Shift : 3rd Shift
- Work Schedule : Full-Time, 36 hours / week, with 8 and 12-hour shifts, and a rotation of every third weekend and holidays.
- Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
